Scheduling Overview


Extended Studies (EXST) has developed the following Scheduling, Budgeting, Contracting and Payroll/Guidelines for Post-Baccalaureate Programs for Summer 2025 (2505/2507) administratively supported by EXST.

Scheduling is conducted electronically in the Student Information System (SIS). Courses roll over from the previous year and academic units should review this information for accuracy. Refer to the Scheduling, Budgeting, Contracting, and Payroll Schedule for the date courses become visible to students.

Potential Late Calendar Changes

Due to late decisions to close the University around major holidays like Juneteenth and July 4th, the summer session may unexpectedly be shortened. Instructors should plan for such occurrences when developing their course schedule for the upcoming Summer Session.
